Your PDS is a personal record of your training and education, listing all the training and education we have processed. Your PDS may help you plan future professional development.
-
“Pending” means your documentation has been received and entered in ORO and we are about to review it. “Verified” means your training is approved to meet your licensing hours, Oregon Registry Step requirements, DHS Enhanced Rate requirements, QRIS, and Oregon Registry credential requirements. “Not accepted” training does not meet the Oregon Registry Training and Education Criteria.

If you're sure your training and education made it to Portland at least 10 business days ago, please contact us at 1-877-725-8535 or at orohelp@pdx.edu.

No, both the Office of Child Care and OCCD have access to your PDS.

When you click the Save option, your internet browser first downloads your PDS. Once your PDS is downloaded, it will either display in your browser, open automatically in Adobe Reader or you may need to open it. Then you should be able to print it as you would normally print other files. If your PDS still doesn’t print, visit Acrobat Help/Troubleshoot PDF printing for some suggestions.
